For many years, I’ve talked about shutting down my business. Life has thrown a lot at me behind the scenes, and I’ve done my best to keep pushing through it all.
Losing my father was one of the hardest things I’ve ever gone through, but I kept going. Then my mom became very sick and was in and out, and many of you were so understanding when I had to refund orders or step away. I will always appreciate that support and kindness.
Now I’m facing some health problems of my own, and unfortunately things are not getting better. Looking back, I wish I would’ve taken better care of myself throughout the years, but all I can do now is focus on what comes next. I need to begin treatment as soon as possible. At the moment, I do not have insurance, but I do have an appointment in 3 weeks to apply for government assistance.
With all of that being said, I am going to continue working for as long as I physically can. This business has been a huge part of my life, and I’m not ready to completely walk away yet. I will also be training a close friend of mine to help me so I can continue providing the best service possible.
Thank you to everyone who has supported me, prayed for me, shared my work, placed orders, and shown patience during difficult times. It truly means more than you know.
