Raspberries & Almonds are one of my favorite dessert flavor pairings!This Raspberry Frangipane Tart is simple, elegant & delicious! 🥧 Not too sweet & perfect for summer topped with vanilla ice cream. 🍨 🍦 Frangipane consists of butter, ground almonds, sugar , eggs & vanilla. The simplicity lets the almond essence shine in addition to whatever flavors you pair it with. 🍒🍓🍎🫐

Fun Fact: Frangipane is believed to be named after a 16th-century nobleman, Marquis Muzio Frangipani, who created an almond scented perfume used for gloves in Paris. 🇫🇷 French pastry chefs were inspired by the scent & created the almond based filling, Frangipani! 🌰 🍇

Burrata for the win!! This board featured grilled peaches, seasoned heirloom tomatoes, prosciutto, soppressata, hot & sweet capocollo, pesto & grilled bread! Rounded out the spread with turkey, Brie, fig & arugula on ciabatta. Wouldn’t be a party without a sweet finish of salted chocolate Chip cookies and caramel brownie bites! 🧀 🍪 🥖 🍖 🍑🍓 🥪
