Short answer: “YES!”

Having the ability to set up the day/night before your wedding takes away only 1 task you typically a Day-of Coordinator does the day of your wedding! Here are 3 reason why your DOC is still extremely beneficial:

1. Timeline Management. Having someone control your timeline during the day but also during your wedding helps you and your partner, that way no one is coming up to you asking “What’s next?”. That’s no fun for you, we want you to enjoy making memories and have the best night with the love of your life and your loved ones! We manage so many different parts of your timeline to keep your wedding day run smoothly!

2. Vendor Management. You don’t want to have to be the main point of contact on your big day. You should be able to be with your bridal party, enjoying the day and not worrying about what’s going on with the vendors and decorations. That’s just one of many things we are here for. We will check vendors in and out, ensure contracted vendor serviced are being performed correctly and importantly troubleshooting any issues that come.

3. As day-of coordinators we are here to help with set up, any DIY projects that need to be set up. Anything from “Thank you” cards, setting up balloon arch/Photo Booth, being there to assist with any complications that occur, to be there at the end of the night watching you drive away knowing you had the best night of your life!
