RSVP’s for Eva’s Bat Mitzvah at the Downtown Aquarium - Houston included an Amazonian two toed sloth 🦥 a cockatoo 🦜and an African Serval! 🐅

(The animals were not allowed to be touched, but handlers were there to fill us all in on their species, habitats and more!) 👩‍🏫

It was one for the books! (Not to mention, the guests partied *so* hard with the EZ Bar Mitzvah crew, the dance floor fell apart!) 💃🏼🕺🏻🙈

This stunning sea of blue by Rexberry Luxury Weddings and Events filled the Nautilus Ballroom 🌊for guests to enjoy and it was a celebration for the (coming of) ages. Mazel Tov Eva on a truly unforgettable day! ✡️

I get to see generations of women side by side; Mothers helping daughters step into their wedding dress, Bridesmaids feeding their newborns between hair and makeup, an aunt who walks her niece up the aisle as her strength and rock like a Mother, a Mother who cries a silent happy tear as her baby boy takes a partner to protect and love the way only she taught him how.

This weekend will be our first wedding in over a year that wasn’t postponed, downsized, cancelled or re-planned. We are so excited to celebrate Amy and Tate and the many beautiful details! 👰🏻‍♀️🤵🏻Their wedding invitation was designed by the groom’s sister and features a watercolor image of the chapel they’ll be married in- and if THAT isn’t sweet enough, once Amy’s sweet father walks her up the aisle...he’ll be performing the ceremony! 😍
