One of my favorite parts of wedding design is creating the little moments guests actually get to experience.

Not just something pretty to look at, but something that invites them in.

For this setup, guests could pick up the phone, hear the tone, and leave a message for the couple to keep long after the wedding day. 🤍

And of course… the signage had to feel like part of the story too.

I love a good wedding timeline.
I will happily map out every vendor arrival, photo, toast, dance, meal and transition down to the minute.
But a timeline is the plan.
It isn’t the wedding.
If the dance floor is packed and everyone is having the absolute best time, I’m not going to interrupt that moment just because the spreadsheet says it’s time to cut the cake.
If my couple needs ten minutes to sit down, eat some cake and actually have a moment together, they get the ten minutes.
Good coordination isn’t about following a timeline blindly.
It’s knowing what needs to happen, what can move, and when the room is telling you something better is happening.
That’s the difference between managing a timeline and managing a wedding. 🤍

So many beautiful options, a lot of spinning in front of the mirror, and approximately a million ideas flying around 😂

A very on brand Saturday over here. 🩵

Started the afternoon by shuffling through dresses at Fiancée Bridal Boutique for something exciting right around the corner, then straight into invites, design boards, layout ideas, and a meeting with Events by M&G to keep everything moving!

A lot of bouncing between pretty details and actual logistics, which is wedding planning in a nutshell.

I love watching the whole vision come together 😍

Apparently this is the part of the creative process I’m supposed to be showing you 😂

Two custom fabric signs, approximately 700 tiny adjustments, one increasingly aggressive concentration face, and absolutely no concept of time.

But did I finally look up and realize it was 2 AM? Yes.

Did they turn out exactly how I wanted them? Also yes. 🤍
