On Friday, Jesus gave His life for us.
The cross carried the weight of our sin, our pain, and our brokenness.
This backdrop was inspired by John 20:7, the moment when the burial linens of Jesus were found lying there, but His body was gone.
John 20:7
“The cloth that had been wrapped around Jesus’ head was lying there. The cloth was folded up by itself, separate from the linen.”
Can you imagine that moment?
The cloths remained. Death could not hold Him.
What once wrapped His lifeless body became a silent witness to the greatest miracle in history.
The tomb was empty.
Jesus had risen.
Hope was alive again.
