It’s been a while since I’ve shown my face around here so I thought I’d say hi!
My name is Jeremy, I’m the owner here at Rhapsody Filmworks. I’m also a drummer, gardener, golfer, and an enneagram 5 (that’s important, I’ll tell you about it later). But those are just facts and there’s so much more to who I am and how I ended up as a storyteller.
If you know anything about the enneagram, you know that 5s are considered the investigator: alert, insightful, and curious. Some people call 5s observers, which is true because in a sense I’m always observing the world around me, a lot of the time it’s just through a camera lens. You could call me a professional people watcher!
Through my observations I have become so fascinated by people and their stories. And while there is so much about our stories that are similar, it is the unique twists and turns that make each story fascinating.
I bring that same curiosity and passion for stories to my wedding films, where I craft films for couples that go beyond simply documenting an event and instead capture the beauty that is your ENTIRE love story. I want to make beautiful, timeless works of art that are deeply personal so that anyone that watches feels like they don’t know just about your wedding day, they know you.
We do this by spending time getting to know you before the wedding so that by the time the big day rolls around, I feel like just a part of the bridal party that happens to be holding a camera. This allows you to relax, be present, and truly enjoy the experience, and honestly, when you’re in the moment having fun with friends and family, you’ll get the best photos and films!
