Drape & Stage Productions of Texas was proud to be selected by Creative Arts Agency in California to build AT&T’s Día le los Mu***os gigantic skull for the festival celebration held in Dallas, Texas. All of the cheery, colorful and celebratory happenings began at the AT&T Discovery District on Saturday, November 29th, 2022. This 6-foot skull was a huge hit with the crowd who were busy taking photographs as they enjoyed all of the activities. Lead carpenters Eder Hernandez and Kevin Sumrall, of Drape & Stage Productions were the creators of this beautiful hand carved design. Eder, who is also our Graphic Artist said the skull was a delightful, yet laborious process and he and Kevin thoroughly enjoyed working on this project. The skull will travel back to Houston and be showcased at the local Dia de los Mu***os festival in Houston, Texas on Saturday, November 5th, 2022.

It’s not about the Drape or the Stage….

It’s one of those cliché moments when life throws you a reality check and forces you to be still. Everything stops and you are forced to sit back and reflect on what you really have - while counting your blessings. Suddenly, your glass is not only half full – it’s spilling over.

We were one of many who experienced this moment while a beautiful stream of souls strutted down our runway at Houston’s Galleria on Saturday, October 8th, 2022. The National Pediatric Cancer Foundation awarded us the privilege of being their production and staging company. Their sole mission is to raise money to fund pediatric cancer research. The foundation has a perfect 100% score for financial health and transparency in the United States by Charity Navigator.

We were honored to be a part of this team’s effort to showcase their fashion show and highlight the strength, beauty and diversity among pediatric cancer patients.

We would like to thank Audio Visual Resource Group, Inc.for partnering with us on this worthy and valuable event.

Thrilled to have been included as a vendor for and and the first annual Oktoberfest event! Installed 700 yards of fabric for a festive overhead canopy, a massive custom Biergarten arch entry way, chandeliers and even a custom kennel for the dachshund races. Looking forward to next year's event!
