TONIGHT - The Blind Goat - Christine Ha Kitchen Takeover!

Join us for a memorable night of culinary creations by Chefs Christine Ha in celebration of their kinship and Burmese and Vietnamese cultures. To transport you back to their motherlands , the chefs are curating a 7-course dinner inspired by dishes often enjoyed in Southeast Asia during balmy summer evenings. From a chilled seafood vermicelli salad to a grilled scallop on the half shell with miso butter, grilled lamb and chicken skewers with okra and pineapple to caramelized pork belly with pearl onions and quail egg, you can eat your way through Southeast Asia without having to leave Houston.
