Bout to take a 2 hour nap and finish up my client thanksgiving meal in the am. 😴
✔️Baked Turkey wings
✔️Mac and Cheese
✔️Green Beans
✔️Broccoli and cheese casserole
✔️Yams
✔️Sweet potato pies (only for the fam)

After getting laid off TWICE in one year, still recovering from a break up and finding work that’s not stressful, I just didn’t have the energy or motivation to put into SOULete Selections LLC. Simply was not in the right head space to do catering orders for dinners or desserts this thanksgiving. But after having a lite last two weeks of work, I fasted and asked TMH for some cushion to carry me over and boom, a catering job comes to me. Last minute thanksgiving order, literally called me yesterday-right after I completed my fast, plus an email I was looking forward to seeing, God ALWAYS provides!! Just gotta ask and trust the process.

I’m most thankful for my Heavenly Father who ALWAYS provides all of my needs. 🙏🏾🩷

Cajun Butter Baked Cod, meatless Jambalaya rice and Balsamic roasted Brussel Sprouts. Served with a dinner roll, drink and my famous Banana Pudding. A sweet treat for them 😋 and they LOVED it! 🥰
