We spend a ton of time on the details—the logistics, the color play, the layering, the perfect ex*****on and unfolding of it all. But it’s not lost on us that the moments that stay with you have little to do with the linens or the china or the perfected ceremony aisle. It’s what happens on the aisle, at the table, on the dance floor—but mostly, it’s what happens in the midst of people who love you. We’re thinking back to some of those moments with Ansley and Liam’s crew, who we had the pleasure of getting to know during their wedding weekend in Menorca last year. It’s worth noting that we love these memories (that first look, that post-kiss getaway ride, that dip-and-kiss in front of the groomsmen!) as much as the material stuff. And we wouldn’t have it any other way.

We like to think that our work is generational—that our events can double as the best night of your life and a key part of your family’s lore. We’ve been fortunate to do that twice over for the King family, first for Alden’s Degournay-inspired Houston celebration in 2022 and then again for Anne in New Orleans one year later. Serving families—sisters!— and delivering their memories: It’s an honor and a privilege that we don’t (ever) take for granted.

Pink draped linen, a grassy meadow in the center, and blue-eyed menus inspired by GoldenEye’s famous swimming pool. Our clients brought the rest: 35 guests who understood the vibe, the boundless late-night energy, and the mandatory wedding-dress ocean swim.

It was all sage and chocolate for Hannah and Nader’s celebration at Nasher Sculpture Center, where the couple exchanged vows underneath breezy willow trees before enjoying dinner under fairy lights on the lawn. Everything about this party was larger than life: Hannah’s fashion-forward wedding dress (and silky second look!), her mom’s on-palette (and feathered) gown, and the property itself (we treated some of the sculptures like backdrops for maximum impact). Art-forward, considered, and layered—our absolute favorite kind of event.

We’ve got a job for you and it involves messing up your lipstick. Preferably at the altar. We’ll handle the rest.

A tent is so much more than a design flex. It’s a backdrop—for those last few portraits, a once-in-a-lifetime dinner with everyone you love, and a downright outrageous party. That’s why its scale, layout, and overarching details (from selecting florals large enough to fill the space to choosing seating and lighting that foster comfort and connection) matter so much to us: Our tents are the framework for the best damn night of your lives.

We blinked and suddenly it’s been a month since Paige and Sam’s wedding in Jamaica. We’re still reeling from our weekend at GoldenEye, where we planned and designed a casual-meets-curated party for a couple who wanted a wedding on island time. Days spent in the bluest-possible water, portraits in the eye-level grass, a dinner for 30 on the water’s edge—we can’t wait to share more from this one, but for now, a few favorite snaps from sarah | wedding photographer.

Oversized button-ups, on-palette nightgowns, monogrammed striped sets they’ll wear again and again—we’re a little biased, but we think our brides are transcending the getting-ready game.
