Out of Office: Be Back Soon! ✌🏿

​Hey yall! I’m currently OOO for a small eye procedure and will be completely off the grid (no email or phone access) while I recover. My mommy is with me so she will be strict about that!

​I’ll be diving back into my inbox on Tuesday, March 17. Since I don’t have any events scheduled for the next two weeks, "emergencies" should be rare 😜but if something truly urgent pops up, please text my business line.

I thought I was being served lunch at "Urban Chef," but honey, it was Iron Chef! 👩🏿‍🍳

Usually, I’m a "call the caterer" girl, but I had to lock in and use those two semesters of cooking classes from my degree. 🐾 I had never met my teammates before, but were all event and travel pros, so we did what we do best: pivoted and executed! Our secret ingredient, Citrus, had to be in every dish.

In one hour we made:
🥩 Steak with Lemon-Cherry Chimichurri
🍠 Lemon-Pecan Sweet Potatoes
🥧 My 45-minute Lemon Tart

We took home First Place and Fan Favorite! 🏆 Now your girl is headed to Kalamazoo for a two-day stay with dinner---yasss, just don’t ask me to cook when I get there! ✨

We rented out the theater and had a private movie screening of The Grinch to thank our clients, friendors/vendors, and family to thank them for an incredible year!

We didn't wrap the top just because you couldn't see it and we saved a bit of coin.

Would you believe I had all of this decor in my garage? 😂 If it’s pink, I probably own it! 💕 I even brought my own loveseat from home to complete the gorgeous balloon display by and it turned out so great!!
