At the A Celebration of Life event this year, we recognized Chick-fil-A 249 at Jones Road as this year’s New Group of the Year!

This award celebrates a group that hosted their first blood drive in 2024—a major milestone in their journey to making a lasting impact in the community. Chick-fil-A at Jones Rd. has shown an inspiring commitment to giving back, known not just for their delicious food, but also for hosting school spirit nights, senior bingo nights, and now, life-saving blood drives.
They stepped up in a big way by hosting monthly blood drives from May through August, which are among the most challenging months for donations. Even with a bustling parking lot, they always found space for the donor coach.

Congratulations to Chick-fil-A at Jones Rd., and thank you for joining our mission to save lives!
