Chef Michele graduated first in her class from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in Culinary Arts. She then took the helm at Sur La Table in River Oaks teaching curious Foodies the fine art of cooking with style. Today, Chef Michele specializes in all things grilled and Farm to Table delights. She has been serving up Steak Night at different venues around town for the past three years, su

ch as The Rig and Pearl Bar. Catch her in action on Tuesday nights at Guava Lamp and Thursday nights at George Country Sports. She is also available for any catering gig, big or small, private chef events, and customized cooking classes or Date Night cooking events.

Like our steaks, we grind all of our burgers and prepare all sauces and toppings, never cutting any corners.
