What an absolute joy it is to not only share delicious food but also to connect with incredible souls! ✨ I had the immense pleasure of catering for a truly generous and accommodating couple. We didn't just share a meal; we shared hours of conversation about life, living, and a few delightful libations as well! The immediate bond we created was something truly special.

There's nothing quite like seeing the infectious power of a smile, and the laughter we shared was pure gold for the mind and soul. Being a dad? Best. Feeling. Ever! 🙌🏾 Seriously, my heart is full watching these two little humans grow up. Can't wait to see what incredible, world-changing things they'll do! We kicked off Father's Day weekend right with the Houston Morehouse Alumni Association Father's Day Brunch – and true to form, we ate, ate, and ate some more! 😋 Let's just say our "eat-a-thon" skills are top-tier. That's just how we roll! Had to tuck it in for the red carpet pic 🤣

Shout out to all the amazing fathers and father figures out there pouring love into their children and raising them to be awesome humans! And a massive congratulations to the future Morehouse men on their scholarships! Get ready to make a major impact on the future!! And great job to the committee for putting together such an amazing event!

Look who just became a Morehouse Man! 🙌🏾. My heart is bursting with pride! 🎉 Today, my amazing godson, Taylor, graduated from the hallowed grounds of Morehouse College! This isn't just a graduation; it's a continuation of a powerful legacy, especially significant in these times. Witnessing Taylor walk across that stage, inspired by the Morehouse men who came before him, reinforces why we must fiercely champion education and invest in the invaluable HBCU experience. The future is bright!

Looking for a weeknight win?!?! There are those days when you really want a big basket of good old . The wing, leg, breast, and the thigh! But then, you realize you don't have time, you don't have enough cooking oil, and you may realize you need to cut a calorie or two 😂! Chicken is a perfect alternative, that gives you the feel of fried chicken, with a bit of guilt free satisfaction. You get the crispy texture of fried chicken, seasoned with a few Italian herbs, coated with a grated parmesan cheese and panko-battered crust, all nicely fries up in a pan of olive oil and butter....and you don't feel AS guilty. But next time, I'll make sure I have that fried chicken! Ijs!

The color of love is showing so vibrantly in this blackened catfish over cheesy grits. I can't believe how good this was. And with spiceology Cajun blackening seasoning mix, you can't go wrong on chicken, fish, poultry or even steak!! Not too spicy, Not too salty, just right. What's your color of love?
