Includes; HALF brisket , 1 slab of pork ribs, 7 links of sausage, 5 leg quarters and two half pan sides.

PACKAGE #2 $265

Includes; 1 whole brisket , 1 order of sausage , two half pan sides.

We will also have BEEF DINO RIBS available (contact us for pricing) and any other meats you need by themselves.

We have a wide variety of food options, with desserts and drinks if needed. All of these can be dropped off, picked up, or we have onsite service available.

We got some “smaller” briskets in our batch this week, so we will have them available for a special price‼️

WE ONLY HAVE 10 SMALL BRISKETS and will post once we’re out.

$100 each (once cooked it’s about a half pan)

Last week was busy for us!!

We want to personally thank;

PM Construction for having us serve their employees for their annual safety meeting.

Mrs. Tovar for having us serve the school for teacher’s appreciation week.

Eco Services for having us drop off the school lunch provided by them for teacher’s appreciation week.

Coach Wood for choosing us again to feed the athletes attending the sports banquet at his school.

Granite Construction for having us out to feed the their hardworking employees.

And last Waller High school for having us as a food vendor for their 7v7 football games.

🐣 EASTER 2025 UPDATE 🐣

Unfortunately we will be closed for orders this Easter.

Our oldest daughter which many of y’all have seen working with us or giving out food will be having her quincenera on Easter Saturday and we’re choosing to give her our full attention for the weekend.

We may have chilled briskets earlier in the week, but we will decide that after this weekend.

We do apologize, I know a lot of our regulars order for their family and friends to enjoy and take the stress from cooking off your plate.
