RECAP 2025…..part 1
In spite of health issues we have had an amazing year!!
Special shout out to Shady Grove
You will see a lot of pics from there as thst has become my “home away from home”
The owners work great with all the local vendors and I acquire a lot of business from there and they work with me any way they possibly can.
Shout out to all my help. I’ve said many times I cannot do this by myself . I have to have great help and the Lord has always sent great help my way. Nikka Jefferson & Demicca Baker , my 2 sidekicks, Peyton Millsap always on standby and April Gaither does a lot behind the scenes no one sees. All of these people have my back 100%. These anazing ladies are my extended family ….my sisters 💕They are the best part of this business
From bridal showers, baby showers, bday parties , graduation and of course all the weddings it’s been tiresome at times but I’m so proud to have been able to move forward and keep going. I’m proud of the year we have had and i want to give God all the praise & Glory. Without Him i am nothing and without Him i woukd not be here. Im truly grateful

This color scheme for Christmas was a “first “ for us. But if you have never tried mocha then you should try it. All together it was stunning.
Allison wanted a wintry, frozen woodsy look with trees on the stage. I was so excited to be able to use trees. Last minute she allowed me to make a few changes I thought were necessary and it turned out magical. I got creative with centerpieces and they turned out great!
Allison was amazing to work with, very mature, easy to communicate with and best of all she doesn’t procrastinate!!!
(That’s my soapbox).Allison trusted me enough give me the liberty to do what I needed to create the dream she had envisioned in her head.
I was nervous about so many trees and a tight timeline but when you have good help and venue owners always on your side you can make it happen
This wedding turned out so very beautiful!! It broke my heart to have to tear it down.
Allin & Vanessa are repeat clients, out of 3 daughters, I’ve been trusted to do 2 of their weddings. I just need to talk Courtney & Chad into a vow renewal so I can do one for her 😜. It’s an honor when people put their trust in me for something this important. Love this family!!

I do not even know where to begin…..
I met Allie & her mom stacey probably year and half ago. They booked immediately. Quote: “Allie wants plain and very simple, nothing over the top and the whole family are deer hunters so nothing “fru fru”😜…….WELL……..

A few weeks after booking I found out I was sick with serious health issues. With no hesitation I called her mom and explained. She said they was NOT dropping me because Allie was so excited and we would wait out the process and in the meantime they would be praying for me. It truly touched my heart because I was a stranger to them. They didn’t owe me anything but we decided to hang in there together!! They were mire confident in my future than i was at the time i think .
We have been on this journey together!
They hung with me and I with them. They kept me in their prayers and checked on me . In the meantime I went to work on her
“Not over the top” wedding . At open house I got to Allies nana and she was as precious as Allie & Stacey 💕
This wedding was gorgeous, we had deer & deer antlers everywhere, colors were gorgeous , weather was amazing! The day couldn’t have been more perfect.
The entire family just captured my heart. They were so grateful and appreciative of everything we did which makes it worthwhile. Many times we don’t get that.
I love it when i bond with my brides and i totally feel like i have that with Allie & her mom. And just notice how breathtakingly beautiful they both are!!
Family provided warm blankets in case anyone got chilly, coffee & hot chocolate bar was set up and supervised by Ginger Robinson. Anyone looking for someone to “man” a coffee bar , Ginger wants a job😜!

Let me just start by bragging on my bride here. Early in the week we knew the weather was not going to cooperate. It’s Alabama so i never put a lot of thought into it but unfortunately it didn’t change. Megan was disappointed but super cool about it. She never complained…. She just shifted gears along with us and kept going with a smile on her face. She did so much on her own to put this wedding together. She planned, made things, cooked and put so much into this herself.
This time of the year is brutal in the wedding business but we all come together to make it happen SO big shout out to the “energizer bunny” of shady grove Ken Prueitt and his amazing wife Shannon. Lots of things happen behind the scenes to make these events run smoothly. It takes a TEAM and we are a good team

This shower was SO much fun!!!
Forrest wanted this to be very special for summer and ask me to jump in. I met with Summer and she was so easy. She said “ I love sage green and pompous grass and btw LOVE 🌻 sunflowers. Wheels started turning. We went with “woodsy forest animals! Lots of sage & wood elements.
Our space was small but sufficient and so easy. We came, we conquered, we were happy THEN the mother to be was happy! Our job was done
As always I was very honored to be able to do this for Summer & Forrest. They are going to make fantastic parents

Happy 90th birthday to Mary Powell
Aka”Maw Maw Mary” to most everyone
Today was a beautiful day and a day full of tremendous blessings
A 90th birthday is a huge milestone for anyone and we are beyond blessed to see her reach this milestone.
Today we celebrated this beautiful young lady, loved on her, showered her with gifts, cards , amazing food…. Surrounded by her family, close friends, church members…. I feel safe in saying it was a good day for her and one not soon forgotten . Maw maw Mary is such a beautiful, classy lady of the Addison community.
As we talked today she talked about beauty. She said “beauty is within, not your outward appearance but what’s in your heart”. That’s how I’ve always viewed her….a lady of tremendous beauty💕
Today was truly an honor to be able to play a small part in celebrating this milestone with her and her family. Huge thanks to the family for trusting me on this special day.

One of my favorites!!
Sometimes when I see the need to change things a bit I will ask the client….
“Scale of 1-10 how much do you trust me?” Crystal responded with a “12!”
What a compliment!! Totally made my day!
This was her moms 50th bday and our first
Poolside party. We had a lot of fun doing this in spite of the Heat Wave Mother Nature decided to dish out! That was brutal unless you were in the pool😜
I am truly honored to be abke to be a part of this day
Color scheme was rose gold and I chose to add a little navy to make it all pop. Tried out a new table backdrop for food💕 which i loved .
Melanie Cobb catered food which was a beautiful set up with shrimp & grits.
She showed up early and jumped in to help us out a little since we were baking in the sun. If you haven’t tried Melanie for food you are missing out!! You are good at what you love and she loves to cook and has a desire to please clients
