When the guest count is only 31, you can really go bananas on the table decor—and honestly, that’s our favorite kind of wedding. Small, intimate, and totally over-the-top in the best way. Fewer guests just means more room for statement florals, candlelight, and all the little details that make the night feel extra special. Who else loves a wow-factor micro wedding?

While it’s certainly an investment, the best part is that all those gorgeous florals can be repurposed for the reception, creating even more wow moments - the sweetheart table, bar, or cake table.

Growing up as a creative kid in Houston, I spent a lot of time wandering around galleries and museums. Memories of sitting in confused teenage silence at the Rothko Chapel are some of my favorites. So when J & R reached out about having the ceremony *there* with the dinner and dancing to follow at Bistro Menil around the corner, I got literal goosebumps.

What an honor to flower for them, and flower for them there. Don’t miss the mariachi band-led stroll to the reception and the dragon dance in front of Bistro Menil. Doing it your way, done so right 👏

Sometimes, happily ever after is just a little extra sweet ✨
Our bride wanted to incorporate traditional Scottish tartan in her wedding because of how special the country has been in her life and to her relationship. Every floral choice sprung from it - the deep blue juniper berries and thistle to the black-centered anemones, to the aromatic winter greens such as cedar and pine. We loved the meaning woven throughout each detail of this day and were honored to be a part 🥹

One trend we’re already seeing in 2025 for ceremony altars is more ground arches and let me tell you we are here for it!

A couple things to note if you’re leaning toward a ground arches

- unlike with a traditional or broken arch, there won’t be flowers around your head in pictures (but obviously that doesn’t mean the pics aren’t gorgeous!)
- cost is similar to a broken arch. Still lots of flowers involved to make an impact. Shortening the width or height can be an option but we recommend at least 6 to 8 pieces to get *that look*
- ground arches are easily repurposed to multiple places in the reception. Because we make the arch out of several pieces, we can move a few to the sweetheart table, a couple to the cake table or the bar - we love a good repurposed element!
-ground arches are typically made one sided (with greenery on the back) so they can’t be repurposed on top of tables. Aisle arrangements are great option for 360* designs to repurpose to tables

Effortless, romantic..like you wandered through a field of wildflowers and gathered a bouquet 🌿

Turns out it’s actually a lot of work to craft this effortless look - but you know I love a good challenge. Each stem is carefully chosen, each bloom placed with intention, to create that perfectly “undone” balance. It’s about blending textures, colors, and movement so it feels natural yet absolutely captivating.

Our bride, Kate, wanted the colors to echo a golden hour sunset - you know the ones where all the colors are warm & rich but kind of subdued, and objects are all bathed in purple and pink light? Yea that sunset.
