Join us this Wednesday, June 29th from 6-9 pm at Waverly Place in Cary, NC for Mary Selvidge. She has performed with several great country music artists like George Strait, Rascal Flatts, Brad Paisley, Brooks & Dunn, Toby Keith, Taylor Swift, Darius Rucker, Blake Shelton, and many more.
The weather looks great, the co****le boards will be out, a strolling juggler will be entertaining the kids, and food and beverages are available at many restaurants.

Plan to attend the Acoustic Evenings in the Park at Waverly Place on Wednesdays from 6:00 to 9:00 pm June through September. Guests can enjoy a variety of acoustic acts each week along with strolling magicians, jugglers, and stiltwalkers. Or enjoy a caricature artist, face painter, or balloon twister. Plan dinner at one of the restaurant patios or bring a blanket or chairs to The Park to enjoy the complimentary entertainment. Wine and beer will be available for purchase on-site. Coolers and outside alcohol are not permitted.

Three Thursdays (May 26, September 29, October 27) from 2 PM - 9 PM - $140 each Thursday!
Wednesdays in June through September - setup and takedown for concerts - 4 PM-5 PM and 9 PM-10 PM.

You must be able to lift, pull carts, and set up equipment.

This Spring, one of Waverly Place’s signature events returns with a new spin! Sip, shop and stroll as the Wine & Brew Walk event series kicks off Thursday, April 28. From 5:00 to 8:00 pm, guests can sample red, white and sparkling wine along with local craft beers at select Waverly Place merchants. A $25 donation to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund to aid in the fight against all cancers affecting women allows access to the event, along with a sampling glass and Waverly Place Wine Walk Passport: bit.ly/3gxfCbZ

I'm revving up for the "Acoustic Evenings in the Park" at Waverly Place in Cary, NC. It takes place on Wednesday evenings in June through September.

Whew! The Holiday Tree Lighting Event is done! It was fun, exciting, cold, and a great way to start off the Christmas season! Thank you to Waverly Place in Cary for letting me plan this beautiful event.

Kick off the holiday season at the Holiday Open House & Tree Lighting Celebration at Waverly Place on Friday, November 19 from 4 - 8:30 pm! Guests can stroll throughout the Holiday Open House with participating retailers and restaurants from 4 - 7 pm while enjoying special promotions and holiday entertainment. Live musicians (Aaron Pelsue, Tommy Niemann, and friends) will take the stage at 6:00 pm as guests gather in The Park for the Tree Lighting Celebration with Santa at 7:00 pm. Following the tree lighting, Santa and Mrs. Claus will be available for pictures, so don't forget your camera! Plus, interactive performers and live music will continue until 8:30 pm.

It was such a privilege to help plan the Wedding Reception for Dana Stephens Baransky and Rick Baransky at MacGregor Downs Country Club in Cary, NC. They are a wonderful couple and it was a wonderful night for family and friends. Congratulations to the newlyweds!

Sip, shop, and stroll during our Wine Walk this Thursday, October 28 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Waverly Place. It's the last one of the season! Guests will use their sampling cup and Wine Walk Passport to stroll through the participating retail and restaurant locations. Each ticket includes samples of red, white, and sparkling wine, plus this month, enjoy beer samples from Hi-Wire Brewing.

A $25 donation to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund will aid in the fight against all cancers affecting women and allows access to the event.

I'm excited to introduce a new artist to our Acoustic Music in the Park series at Waverly Place, Jared Place, and welcome back to Sky for some amazing juggling this Wednesday, September 15th at 6-9 pm.

Jared Place writes simple songs about complex things: love, life, anguish, and hope. Many artists struggle to establish their musical identity, looking to find what fits. But others emerge fully dressed, formed, and fitted to their craft. Jared Place firmly fits in the latter category. The soul-soothing sounds of Jared Place's voice and guitar and his ‘feet on the ground’ optimism make a powerful and dynamic vibe.

Skyler Light, Family, and Festival entertainer does stilt walking and juggling routines both on and off the stilts strolling throughout the event. Promises to entertain people who come out for great food, fun, and great entertainment.

Sam Kenoly

Sam is a singer-songwriter from Fuquay-Varina. He began his professional music career at the age of 16 years old and has traveled to over 70 nations around the world singing for crowds as large as 200,000. He has recorded 3 albums with his brother as a member of the duo “The Kenoly Brothers.” He currently oversees the music department at his church full-time and enjoys coaching and training up-and-coming vocalists in the triangle area.

Also, enjoy balloon twisting as we welcome back The Jelly Bean Queen - Balloon Twister and Children's Entertainer - Nina Levine.

Aaron Pelsue is a singer-songwriter based here in Raleigh, NC. He has traveled all over the country and played music professionally for the last 20 years. Known for his deep soulful sound he will perform an eclectic mix of covers and originals across many genres. Whether solo acoustic or with a full band, Aaron is always ready to have some fun in a venue of any size.
