My Journey
While vacationing in Europe, I casually noticed that everyone drank wine all day, every day. My limited exposure with wine at the time was sweet wines (Moscato). As I continued to travel that summer, my curiosity got the best of me and I experienced a European Wine Tasting . As the Sommelier began to educate me about the types of wines and their pairings, my palate expanded. Excited about this new experience, I became certified in Wine fundamentals I and II by The International Sommelier Guild.
