I always get asked about my most requested dish. Honestly? My clients rarely ask for anything. They’re super busy, so I handle the meal planning so they don't have to worry about it. Every now and then, someone gets a sudden craving for something like Fettuccine Alfredo or Paella, which I happily whip up. But the meal I cook the most? Definitely steak. Different cuts, fancy sauces, premium toppings... We are in Texas, after all!
