Alba Ristorante, located in Hotel Granduca, brings northern Italian cuisine to Houston diners. Comfort and elegance begin in the Champagne Bar at the entrance.

Renowned developer Giorgio Borlenghi and award-winning Chef Maurizio Ferrarese combined their hospitality talents with designer Kara Childress’ flair to introduce Houston patrons to Alba Ristorante in Hotel Granduca. Accessible from the hotel and outside, Alba will feature pasta, seafood dishes, and more from northern Italy cuisine. (Alba is also the name of a northern Italian city famous for its

mushrooms and truffles.) Ferrarese, known for his risotto and truffle dishes, will bring his signature dishes including black truffle and scallops to the menus.
