💰 Payments: When is your balance due? Are there late fees? Is the deposit refundable?

❌ Cancellations: What happens if YOU need to cancel—or worse, if THEY do? Will you get a refund or credit?

📝 What’s Actually Included? Are setup, breakdown, and travel fees covered, or will you get hit with surprise charges later?

🚑 Backup Plans: If your vendor cancels last minute, do they have a replacement or a refund policy?

👀 Final Tip: Don’t just skim—READ. THE. CONTRACT. Ask questions, get clarifications, and if something feels off, don’t be afraid to negotiate!
