💌We recommend sending your save the dates 8-12 months months out and Invitation 3-5 months.

💌Use a digital address collection form (i.e. postable, minted, or through Google form) when starting to collect your guests address. Your guests clicks the link, a quick form will pop out for them to fill out and their info magically appears in your address book! You can easily send the link to all your guests via text, fb messenger, email, etc and have them fill out their contact information. No more spending hours contacting each guest individually and asking "I need your address”.

3 recommended venue walkthrough you should schedule!

1️⃣ Initial Planning Walkthrough and Site Visit with your wedding planner to go over the design aspect, layout, and flow of your event.
2️⃣ Final Venue walkthrough a month or weeks out before your wedding day with your wedding coordinator and sometimes with your vendors who (a) has never been in the venue (2) doing any installation or high production event. This would be ideal especially for florist, photographer and possibly catering/staffing to come on site prior to your wedding day. This is also the time that I like finalizing all of the final details, and ask all the questions needed or have forgotten before the wedding
3️⃣ Last Walkthrough at the conclusion of your wedding/event. One of the things I highly suggest to all my clients is to assign a reliable family member, wedding party, or friend to stay at the conclusion of their event. This person will be in charge of obtaining all of the bride and grooms personal items at the end of the night, ensure that nothing is left behind in both bridal and groom suite, and to conduct a last venue walkthrough with their coordinator and venue manager to ensure no damage were made to the property or any personal items left behind.

💡Wedding tip of the day: Don’t skip on your rehearsal the day prior with your wedding party! Here’s a couple of things to think about:

👉🏽Be sure to reach out to your venue atleast a month prior to schedule your rehearsal time.
👉🏽If you’re hosting a dinner, be mindful of the time and allow flexibility on the commute
👉🏽Communicate with your wedding party and families several weeks beforehand so they can plan accordingly. (i.e. having to leave work early or requesting day off)
👉🏽If your venue is not available the day prior, consider having the rehearsal early in the week, or renting a ballroom at your hotel for an hour
👉🏽 Consider a restaurant buy out or a private dining room to run your rehearsal and your rehearsal dinner at the same place for convenience.
