Giving Back Is Part of Who We Are 🥰

At Houston Event Planning (HEP) and Signature Manor Venue Department, the holidays remind us why we do what we do. We’re grateful to create beautiful events, but we’re even more grateful for the opportunity to support the community that supports us all year long.

Every year, we commit up to 15% of our profits to charitable causes. It’s not a seasonal effort or a headline. It’s simply how we believe business should be done.

This season, our giving supported:
🎓 Scholarships for local high school students
📘 Programs through Junior Achievement that help students build confidence and life skills
🏠 Outreach supporting individuals and families experiencing homelessness
🧸 Toy drives to bring joy to children during the holidays
🏫 Local Alief ISD holiday drives
👵 Senior programs centered on care, safety, and connection

We were especially honored to partner with Texas Senior Medicare Patrol, donating car safety kits and first aid kits and spending meaningful time with seniors through Lunch Pals. Sharing a meal, a conversation, and a little peace of mind was one of the most rewarding moments of our season.

What happens when great clients, great food, and great entertainment come together? A holiday party to remember.

We were honored to host Optimal Pharmacy’s Holiday Celebration at Signature Manor, transforming the venue into a high-energy casino night experience complete with professional casino tables and our incredible team of dealers keeping the games lively and polished all evening.

And yes… let’s talk about the food.
Our in-house catering team delivered a show-stopping dinner featuring slow Cajun-roasted prime rib, roasted for a full 24 hours, followed by a decadent Bananas Foster flambé—because dessert should always come with a little drama.

To top it all off, an amazing DJ kept the dance floor full and the energy high well into the night. From gaming tables to dancing shoes, this crowd did it all.

Thank you to Optimal Pharmacy for trusting us to bring your holiday vision to life. This is exactly how the season should be celebrated—well-fed, well-entertained, and surrounded by great people. 🎄🎲💃

Meet our Décor and Operations elves, the creative magic-makers of Houston Event Planning.

Jaime and Alejandra are the hands behind the florals that wow, the backdrops that frame every perfect photo, and the balloon installs that make guests stop mid-conversation. They style, build, lift, and finesse every detail until it feels effortless even when it is anything but.

Leading the workshop is our fearless head elf, Arely, who has been with HEP for over 10 years. With steady leadership, sharp instincts, and an eye for perfection, she keeps every install running smoothly from first load-out to final touch-up.

Fueled by coffee, powered by sweets, and driven by pride in their craft, this team does not just decorate spaces.
They create moments.
And they make the magic happen every single time.
