Questions to ponder (or talk to your Day-of Coordinator about) 💕💕💕
☐ Do your guests know what to do after arriving? Do you have signage to guide them?
☐ Are there any family dynamics or sensitive situations I should be aware of before rehearsal night?
☐ Are there any health concerns or accessibility needs I should know about with you or your guests? (Wheelchair access, epilepsy, elderly guests, etc.)
☐ Are you sensitive to social media, photographs, or videos, please let me know ahead of time.
☐ Is it OK for guests to make toasts or song requests without your permission?
*Your DJ will need to know this.
☐ If there are any surprises planned by the bridal party or the bride and groom, please let me know ahead of time, so we can prepare accordingly (photographer ready, videographer in place, etc.).
☐ If you have a large amount of decorations needing to be placed by me, I will need advance notice so timing can be properly planned.
Note: I place decorations, but I don’t construct floral arrangements or décor pieces (unless we have agreed upon this).
☐ Any outstanding payments that need to be paid on the wedding day can be given to me to pass along to vendors. You don’t want to leave the dance floor to pay a vendor!
☐ Is the caterer cutting the cake?
☐ Would you like anyone to take pictures with the cake before it is cut?
☐ Are you saving the top tier of your wedding cake? If so, have you asked the bakery for a box? Where will that box be located?
☐ Who will be taking home the extra food? Do you have containers prepared for transport?
☐ Is there anything currently stressing you out that you would like to talk through with me? We can brainstorm together. (When you need to de-stress , it helps that I’m a certified Life Coach.) 😜
👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼👆🏼 This is what I am here for…I’m the gal who handles the details on wedding day, so you and your family can enjoy every moment.
I would love to meet you for coffee. I’ll see if we’re good fit.
