Join us on Saturday, September 5, starting at noon, as we host a fundraiser and raise awareness for KVNF’s inaugural Punk on the Unc Festival.

We’ve got the fine folks from Hungry Bird Pizza crafting their wood-fired pizzas, and for every beer we sell, we will donate $1 to support the event.

The festival takes place on Saturday, September 19, from noon - 7pm and will be a full day of punk music, skating, food, vendors, and art at the Montrose Skatepark.

On another note, this Saturday will mark our very last day being open to the public. We’ve accomplished what we set out to do, and now we're moving on. Make no mistake, this is a celebration, not a funeral.

We’ve outgrown our space and moving forward, our focus shifts to championing local small food businesses as we hunt for the right concept to take over this spot.

Huge thanks to all of our supporters. We look forward to seeing you at the shop, one last time.

Things turn out best for the people who make the choice to eat pizza and drink beer, regardless of how things turn out.

Come down to the shop today, Saturday. Hang with us and Hungry Bird Pizza. This two-person team spends days, painstakingly preparing fresh ingredients and hand-made dough, and then baking their pies in a wood-fired oven, all so you can devour them in minutes.

They'll be here from 4pm - 8pm, or until they sell out. The bar's open serving adult beverages and playing sports on tv till last call.

Huge shout out and thank you to the peeps from Hungry Bird Pizza and Colorado Philly for coming out this past weekend and serving this community of ours.

This post is an open invitation to all the other great food trucks out there... We're trying to fill up our lot and we need you here! We've got this cool bar with televisions, a patio, and indoor plumbing, but nothing to feed the people.

Hungry Bird Pizza is back today! Come through, support local and eat well. The bar is open, the patio is ready, and all we need is you.

BTW, if you or someone you know has a food truck, and is looking for a place to park for the day, let us know! We're trying to build a rotation of food trucks willing to serve our NFV community regulalry.

This Friday kicks off the preseason for our Denver Broncos. Come watch with us in the coolest spot next to mom's basement.

For the hungry/thirsty, we're offering;
- $12 Pulled Pork Sandwiches all Saturday
- $3 PBRs, other types of beers all Saturday
- Colorado-based booze every day

We also have Wagyu Ribeyes & NY Strips, Angus Tenderloins, and your choice of 1lb ground beef packs or 1lb packs of 1/3 lb patties to take home and cook yourself.

This Saturday, the awesome folks from Hungry Bird Pizza are back! They'll be serving their brand of artisan pizzas from 4pm - 9pm or till they sell out. We highly recommend you try them out if you haven't done so yet.

Hey Everyone. We’re looking for food trucks to be our guests at Black Canyon Meats every Thursday thru Sunday.

We want to introduce and connect the North Fork Valley to you.

If you can come all four days in one week, great! If you can only come one day here and there, that's great, too! If you can mix and match days, awesome! We'll work with your schedule.

Hungry Bird Pizza is back again today and they are killing it with their pizza game. They're gonna be here for just a few more hours till they pack it in for the weekend with us.

If you've been itching to give them a shot, we highly suggest that you do! Get here before 8pm or when they sell out. The bar is open and we'll be cracking cans, pouring whiskey, and airing the games till last call.

If you're looking for meat to grill at home, we've got Wagyu Ribeyes, Wagyu NY Strips, Angus Tenderloins, Pork Chops, as well as house-ground beef chubs and patties in house.
