📣 The Venue will be closing its doors on August 31st. We have decided to focus solely on our thriving flea market. 💕

📑 The amazing 3 acre property and/or remodeled office building (Venue) with fenced courtyard are available to lease to a potential business owner! This amazing property has countless possibilities for a wide variety of businesses! 🎉

☑️ In addition to the building, there is a double awning (old car wash) with storage, huge steel awning, custom built outdoor stage, goldfish pond, paved area, 3 available electrical outlets for food trucks, fully fenced outdoor facility with Lots of parking AND electricity is already run across the property to all structures. 💡 The land has been completely leveled with numerous raised flower beds. 🌻
Located at 4010 Park Ave, Hot Springs next door to the Fountain Lake Center and across the street from Ftn Lake Schools.
