Slot.it Group-C

Group-C racing saw 5 minute heats and pit stop action delivering a tight battle at the top. Jeff edged out Zoren for the win, 134-69 to 134-14, Bob L completed the podium with a strong 131-81 for P3. Some great lap after lap Lancia vs Lancia racing as Bob S P5 held a narrow margin over Dave P6.

NSR Fiat Abarth
Another close finish in the Abarth class with the top 5 drivers separated by less than one lap. It was the Dave and Mike show as Dave barely edged out the win by just five track segments. Jeff was close behind in P3 with 78-14 and a fast field right on his bumper.

NSR GT-3
The GT-3 class produced the closest finish of the night as Bob L (Porsche 997 JPS) and Jeff (Corvette C8) ended the race dead even at 89-07. DaveV was fast and loose for an 87 lap run with the McLaren to round out the top 3.

The Group-C race saw a heated battle with Bob S 86-72 just nudging out Zoren 86-46. Bob L completed the podium at P3 with 85-33. The battle for the remaining spots stayed tight, with only a few laps separating much of the field.

NSR 917/10K
Frank paced the field with a winning 92 laps. Jeff locked down P2 with a clean 91 lap run. Sean returned and put down a solid 88 lap run for P3.

Can-Am Open
Frank completed the sweep in Can-Am Open, taking the win with the MR Slotcar Shadow. Bob L in a fast NSR Lola T280 lapped the field for a strong P2 finish. Bob S ran a no holds barred run in the NSR 908 Porsche securing P3 with a fast car and the chrome horn. DaveV P5 led the pack of Thunderslots in this mixed Can-Am open just outside of the P2-P4 NSR’s .
