Meal prep is back at ROMA.

This time, the focus is simple. Better food, better flavor, and meals you will actually want to eat.

We are using the same cooking techniques we use in our private chef work. Charring, roasting, smoking, braising, toasted chiles, house sauces, pickled finishes, proper browning, acidity and texture.

So yes, these meals are portioned and balanced, but they are still ROMA food.

Expect dishes inspired by Border comfort, global flavors and smoke and fire.

5 meals $47.50 plus tax
3 meals $30
10 meals $90

Orders are open Wednesday through Friday at 12 PM.

Sunday pickup and delivery available in Horizon City, Eastlake, Far East El Paso and Socorro.

Message us for this week’s menu and availability.
