🎉 WE HAVE TWO SQUISHY HUNT WINNERS!! 🎉
Congratulations to our TWO awesome squishy hunters, Tatum and Savvy, who found Charlie & Jack the Dumplings tonight!! 🥟🥟 We hope you love your new squishies! 💕
Tonight’s hunt was an extra special one, and we want to share the meaning behind the place our sponsors chose. ❤️
A huge, heartfelt thank you to Sarah & Arlin Fisher with The Garden of Healing for sponsoring tonight’s TWO squishies. 🌿
The Garden of Healing is such an incredibly special place in our community—a place created for those who have lost someone close to them to remember, reflect, grieve, and heal. After we held one of our squishy hunts at the Garden of Healing, Sarah reached out and asked if she and Arlin could sponsor a future hunt.
For their hunt, they chose a place incredibly close to their hearts: Cameron’s tree at Horace Elementary. ❤️
Their son, Cameron Bolton, attended Horace Elementary, where our kids now go to school. The tree was planted in his memory and stands as a living symbol of his life, love, and legacy.
Cameron became an organ donor and gave the extraordinary gift of life to 124 people.
Sarah shared something so beautiful about why this tree is such a fitting tribute to Cameron:
“Like his legacy, it begins with a single life and continues to grow. Its roots represent the family, friends, and community who will always remember him. Its branches reach outward, representing the 124 lives touched by his generosity and all the people connected to those lives.”
As the tree continues to grow, so does Cameron’s legacy. It is a place to remember him, celebrate his life, and recognize the incredible difference one person can make.
Through Crosses for Cameron, his memory also continues to inspire others to consider organ donation and the profound gift it can provide.
Cameron gave the gift of life to 124 people.
🌳 This tree is a living reminder that his gift continues to grow.
Sarah & Arlin, thank you for allowing us to share a little piece of Cameron’s story tonight and for sponsoring a hunt in his memory. It was truly an honor.
And as always, THANK YOU to every family who came out to hunt with us tonight! These hunts wouldn’t be possible without the incredible individuals, families, and businesses who step up to sponsor them. We are so grateful for this community and for all of our little squishy hunters who make these nights so much fun. 🥟💕
Congratulations again to our TWO winners!! 🎉
Until next time…
Charlie & Jack the Dumplings are headed back into hiding! 👀🥟🥟
