Welcome to our newest, and probably will be the hardest working Brussel vehicle - Vannie. She’s joining the fleet of catering trailers, our custom Airstream bar & food truck, and our staff transport vehicle. Rollin’ up to a wedding near you!

Some of the Brussel signature snacks made it to our styled shoot last week - when anyone ever asks my most popular cocktail hour appetizer, it's sliders. Hands down. We've never made a black wedding cake before, but there's always time 😜

We're celebrating today! The Brussel has won The Knot's Best of Weddings for the second year in a row - thanks to the reviews & input of our couples from 2025, we get to be recognized for the hard work we put in to ensure all those folks who eat our food and attend our events are happy. We're so lucky to have such great clients, such wonderful vendor friends & to begin looking forwards to 2026!

Day 1 - made some on the fly menu adjustments but tomorrow is looking amazing! We have pulled pork for lunch sandwiches (~noonish it’ll be ready!) but we’ll have quiche for brunch, cinnamon rolls, breads and cookies starting around 10am!
