Thank you, Mrs. Tina Lesueur, for trusting me to elevate your vision and bring it to life on the catering side.
After our conversation about your Retirement & Birthday Celebration, one thing stood out, you are very humble, graceful, and conserved and didn’t want the spotlight. You were even hesitant about using photos. Still, I felt someone who has given so much to others deserved a celebration that was both beautiful and meaningful. Plus found out while talking that she is my Birthday twin 8/4 and we are exactly 10 years apart🙌🏼

To my Mom, thank you for always showing up, even on the days you’re tired and don’t feel like dealing with it or me. Lol!! But the moment you arrive, your creativity takes over and everything comes together beautifully. I’m endlessly grateful for you.
Thank you, Aunt Maria. Now getting her out to help me is like pulling teeth but once she agrees it’s on. She is exactly what I need when I need it most. Your timing, eye for detail, elevates everything. You are the a on time blessing.
To my little helpers, my grandchildren you made this celebration even more special. From preparing salad cups, carrying supplies, running errands, and stepping in bringing out items in order. You two worked your willing hearts out. Gigi is so proud of yall.
And last but not least, my go to problem solvers,Shemah and Faye @ BigFellaz.
Faye jokingly calls me her “headache,” but she is truly exceptional at making things happen under pressure. My official name for her is “Ms. Get’er Done!” Thank you both for always stepping in and helping everything come together so smoothly for me. I appreciate you two more than words can say.
Mrs. Tina, thank you again for allowing GiGelita’s Cuisines & More to be part of such a meaningful milestone. It was truly an honor to celebrate you.
