COVER time! Our next issue hits newsstands in October and a REAL Kentucky bride is on the cover for the first time since 2020. I love decorating and was blessed with the opportunity to do just that. Britteny Richardson, the owner of I CAN Fitness, hired us to decorate for her customer appreciation. She has been in business for two years and wanted to thank her customers. She specializes in fitness for what she calls "active agers" and teaches nutrition.
