Monday is for Southern comfort food. Crispy chicken breasts are served with a side of homemade gravy, creamy mashed potatoes, a salad with a side of ranch dressing and Texas Toast for the finish! Delish!

Tuesday is for a TexMex trio! A beef taquito, cheese enchilada, and Southwest roll are served with refried beans, rice and sides of fresh salsa and pico de Gallo. Sabroso!

Wednesday is for a half pound of heaven. An 8 ounce bacon cheeseburger is served with hand cut steak fries and a sweet treat. Yummy!

Thursday is for stuffed pork tenderloin. Cornbread dressing is stuffed in pork tenderloin, roasted and finished with a delicious gravy. Creamy mashed potatoes, green beans and your choice of corn muffins or a yeast roll finish the dish! Delicious!

Friday is for beef brisket. Slow roasted beef brisket is finished with our homemade BBQ sauce, and served with our cheesy hashbrown casserole (no onions), green beans and a yeast roll. Fabulous Friday finish!
