Today the Town said Good Bye and see you later on the greener side. Joel Autry was a staple in this town for many of years. If you needed it he had it and if he didn’t he sure would get it for you. The customer service was top notch. For those of you that did not know him he owned the Hardware store in town. He was a wonderful customer of ours and we sure will miss all our chats. When I think of Joel I think of a Red Rose. He always bought Lousie, Red Roses. So what better way to send him on his next journey was with Roses. He was also a big beach lover. See you later Joel Baby!

We have had a few emails about when will my business or food truck be featured on the page. Those of you who signed up, your business will be featured once we receive your payment for your space. Also remember if you sign up and there are two or more of the same small businesses, Scentsy, Pampered Chef, Mary Kay etc. The first one to pay gets the spot. Just because you signed up doesn’t mean the space is yours! Also Candidates running for office, there is not a place on form for You, just check 10x10 space, but know you pay $150. Where it asks what you are selling, please write in candidate for what ever you are running for, commissioner, mayor, etc. We do have one Commissioner so far to date. We will list all candidates at one time. All Vendors please like our page so we can tag you in our post. This is a great way to get seen! Two different funerals yesterday. One fresh and one silk. Cremations are becoming very popular. Urn Wreaths really show off the Urn. Encase your loved one with a beautiful display of florals.

Wow that’s Cool!

We will be accepting applications for the Candidates that are running in the election. You will get a 10x10 space that you can do with as you please. You provide your own tent, tables and chairs. You can decorate, pass out swag etc. But you must stay in your 10x10 space. If you are caught walking around passing out campaign materials you will be asked to leave. Campaign spaces run $150.00 this is great time to get your name out there respectfully. Remember this is a fund raiser for the Hope Mills Police Foundation. We will stagger you through out the event and not on top of each other. You may use signage on your tent!

Yesterday we had the opportunity to assist a family putting their loved one to rest. If anyone didn’t know the cemetery allows more than two pieces in the Building where services are held. Family must remove all floral arrangements when they leave except the two pieces that may go to graveside. Previously they only allowed two floral arrangements period. It’s nice to know the family can take more than two floral pieces for their service.
