Save this before your next venue tour. These three things will tell you everything you need to know.

1. Ask about the rain/backup plan. At Oris & Oak, we've got you covered, literally. Our outdoor pavilion and renovated barn give us flexible options depending on your vision and the weather. We walk through contingency plans with every couple during the planning process so there are zero surprises on your wedding day.

2. Walk the guest flow from parking to ceremony. We always encourage couples to do this walk with us. At Oris & Oak, our 9 acres are designed with guest experience in mind, from easy parking access to a natural, intuitive path to the ceremony space. You want your guests focused on the moment, not figuring out where to go.

3. How does the space feel at night versus during the day? This one surprises a lot of couples. Oris & Oak transforms beautifully after sunset. The barn and pavilion take on a completely different warmth with evening lighting, and the surrounding landscape creates a magical atmosphere that daytime tours don't fully capture. We always recommend seeing the space in both lights if you can.
