Kate Hudson swears by these 4-ingredient tacos and now we do too 🌮

As seen on The Drew Barrymore Show, Kate keeps it simple with just ground beef, onion, taco seasoning, and flour tortillas. But the real game-changer? Frying the tacos in oil for a perfectly golden, crispy shell. No toppings needed! Just a little hot sauce and you’re good to go (though we won’t judge if you pile them on).

Kate Hudson's 4-Ingredient Tacos

Cook time: 25 min

Ingredients:
1 white onion, diced
2 lb ground beef
Taco seasoning packet
Flour tortillas

Instructions:
1. Saute the diced onion in oil over medium heat. Once softened, add the ground beef. Cook, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add the taco seasoning and stir to combine. Set the beef mixture aside.
2. In another pan, heat a “soaking level” of high-heat oil over medium-high heat. When shimmering, add a flour tortilla. Spoon some of the beef mixture into the tortilla, then fold it into a taco.
3. Cook in the oil for 10 seconds on each side, or until browned. Place on a paper-towel lined plate to drain.
4. Add any toppings you like, and serve!

Mint Iced Tea Recipe

Cook time: 15 min

2-4 tea bags
â…” cup sugar
ÂĽ cup mint leaves

5. Add ice until the tea reaches the top of the pitcher, then chill in the fridge. Serve over ice with a spring of mint.

It’s time for a meaningful Easter tradition: Resurrection Rolls.

Simple ingredients come together to tell a powerful story. As the marshmallow melts during baking, the center of each roll is left empty—symbolizing the empty tomb and the miracle of the resurrection.

This recipe is a thoughtful, hands-on way to reflect on the true meaning of Easter. A quiet moment in the kitchen that becomes something much more.

Resurrection Rolls Recipe

Cook time: 20 min

Ingredients:
16 large marshmallows
½ cup butter, melted
ÂĽ cup sugar
2 Tbsp cinnamon
2 (8-oz.) cans crescent roll dough

Instructions:
1. Combine sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
2. Unroll crescent roll dough, and separate each roll along perforations.
3. Roll marshmallows in melted butter, and then in cinnamon-sugar mixture. Place one coated marshmallow in the middle of an unrolled crescent dough segment, and roll the marshmallow until completely covered by the dough, pushing in sides as you go. Pinch seams on either end to seal each roll.
4. Place rolls on a jelly roll pan, and bake at 350Ëš for about 12 minutes.
5. Immediately after removing rolls from the oven, brush with remaining melted butter and then sprinkle with remaining cinnamon-sugar mixture. Serve warm.
