We rely on our smartphones to keep in touch with family and friends, many different ways. Is Let’s Play Hoover doing Customer Appreciation Week this week as well?
We love Let’s Play Hoover! However, something HASSSSSS to be done to prevent all of these big kids from coming in the infant/toddler area. IT IS NOT SAFE. I want to continue doing business here often, but if something isn’t done about this, I guess we’ll have to wait until she’s older to continue to come 🤷🏼♀️
Also, this isn’t just on the staff. Parents should be teaching their kids better.

Staff ist just standing around talking. Meanwhile older kids take over infant/toddler area playing rough and parents go crazy on trampoline while kids are on the equipment. Didn’t feel like this was a save playing environment for my 2.5 year old.
My in-laws took my 4 year old to this location on 2/16. It was a crowded Saturday and there were birthday parties going on so I am sure it was busy and chaotic. However, the Skye mascot made an appearance, and my daughter loves her so she was very excited to see Skye when she came out. Apparently, a mother who was having a birthday party instructed one of the staff members to get my daughter away form Skye so that she could get a picture for her and her birthday party guests. This staff member then proceeded to grab my daughter's arm, to PHYSICALLY remove her from the sacred birthday picture, which not only hurt my daughter's feelings, but also violated a boundary by putting her hands on her. We will never go back to this location, and I sincerely hope that the staff is advised of assault and battery laws in the future. Also, people that are going to have birthday parties while the business is open need to understand that children do not understand boundaries very well at age 4 or 5. Just because you pay for a birthday party does NOT give you the right to ask staff members to "remove" other children form pictures and PUBLIC areas of the facility. If you don't want other kids to be around, pay the extra fee and have the party when the facility is closed.
I love having the option for an indoor play place especially when it’s chilly, raining or hot.
However, every time we come, I’m VERY disappointed that the baby area isn’t enforced. There are children running around that are MUCH bigger than the 3 foot height limit. Regardless of speaking with staff, it wasn’t handled or addressed. There is a baby area for a reason. I, nor should other parents, have to worry about their littles being trampled by bigger kids.
There is one small area for kids under 3 foot and an entire building for bigger kids. I would highly recommend placing a gate at the entrance of the baby area or retraining staff to appropriately monitor this area.
For those that have been to both would you recommend Hoover or 280? Variety of ages with youngest being 3
