Some days we get so engulfed in all of the to do list and negative emotions in our lives, that we forget to stop and be grateful in the moment. 🌈

Watching Osprey catch their breakfast 🐟
Drinking coffee while breathing in nature ☕️
Watching a Crane salute the sunrise ☀️
Listening to a woodpecker do what they do 🐦
Seeing the moon in the morning sky 🌔
Watching sunflowers bloom 🌻
Getting pictures of dew drops on grass blades 💧
Watching humming birds feed from the hibiscus 🌺
Morning meditation by the lake 🧘♀️
Watching the chipmunks 🐿️ play in the garden
