We are searching for crew members for the busy summer season. The following positions are available:

• Delivery Drivers
• Event & Warehouse Crew
• Dish Area Assistant

We are seeking hard working, dependable crew members. The work is physical and demanding, in strength, stamina, ​and agility. A workweek typically ranges from Thursday – Monday (weekends) and hours range from 25-40 hours (We are flexible and the weeks can vary in hours and days).

Deliveries will be all around the Gorge in OR and WA and the vast majority of all work will be outdoors during the summer months. Crew members must have an excellent sense of timing, as they are responsible for the on-time delivery of all rental equipment. The position requires good communication and problem-solving​ skills as well as the ability to be adaptable and professional. We offer competitive hourly rates with opportunities for job growth.

Job Duties:
• Pull, sort and prep rental equipment according to rental contract prior to loading vehicles
• Help customers and other delivery personnel load and unload vehicles according to rental contract
• Delivery and set-up/installation of party and event rental equipment
• Breakdown of events and restocking items to warehouse
• Count and maintain rental inventory and report any broken or missing
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and overall quality of all inventory
• Drive box trucks and cargo vans and maintain their cleanliness
• Wash, polish and wrap plates, glassware and flatware
Education, Skills & Requirements:
• Must be able to lift 70lbs.
• Willing to work weekends (including Sundays and holidays)
• Must be able to squat, kneel, bend, jump, lift and climb in and out of trucks while carrying heavy items.
• Maintain a professional personal appearance and possess customer relation and communication skills.
• Able to use mathematics. (Lots of counting – adding and subtracting heavily involved)
• Able to understand and follow instructions furnished in written, oral and scheduled form.
• Drivers must have a good driving record and valid driver’s license (CDL a plus); Driver’s must be at least 21.
• Prior warehouse and/or party rental experience a plus.
• Will not ditch work when the wind picks up!
