Twenty three years ago, Tony and I met in the kitchen of a five-star restaurant. I was working the dish-pit and introduced myself to our new front host. Having been hired exactly 24 hours earlier, it was kismet. A brotherhood was born, fashioned in the belly of the hardest working kitchen in Honolulu. Conveniently inventing cross-training, we continued moving upwards in our niches, sustaining our

friendship with cheer and support of each other. Fast forward, past the executive titles, past the Michelin Stars, and too many diamonds to count.... to today. Today is the moment of crescendo, the moment when the symphony of our experiences comes together.
