Beauty and The Beast
Authentic Relating & Contact Improv

We are excited to announce that we will be hosting a night of deep connection! The theme of the event is “Beauty and The Beast”. Let’s play with these Archetypal energies and see how they show up in our lives.

The evening will start with Authentic Relating games to explore our inner Beauties and Beasts, moving through the wounded shadow aspects and into the healed versions of these archetypes. Then we will dance as the evolved expressions of Beauty and Beast through the lens of contact improv. Laying down for a savasana of sound, sitting in a sharing circle, and sipping a relaxing herbal tea will bring the evening to a close

One of the Founding Members of The Healing Hale has returned to the island to facilitate a retreat and to savor some much needed rejuvenation time! Halle is a leader in the Authentic Relating community and loves creating safe spaces for people to be open to sharing genuine and compassionate connections with others.

Shay, one of the newest members of the Hale, has a deep love for embodied movement and dance. She practices Contact Improv, a realm of dance that incorporates conscious human contact, and is thrilled to guide us all in this beautiful way of moving and connecting with each other.

We look forward to combining these amazing modalities with our foundational sound bath to draw the evening to a close and slip into some ahhhhhhh…

In alignment with our other events, we’ll put some oracle cards out, have space for writing prayers, wishes, gratitudes and intention, and hold space for something magical to unfold.

Aither and Hokulani (the newest pup to join at the Hale) will be present to share their master level healing skills and cuteness before, during, and after this transformational experience!

Rent is $1675 and includes lodging, parking, electricity, sewer & water. Wrapped into the rent is internet, gas (stove), and other common household incidentals such as paper towels, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and monthly house cleaning of common areas. Reduced amount security deposit $1300.

*Please note that we have a loving and friendly small dog that is cared for by one of the residents. That said, we are not permitted to have other animals.

Qualities we seek and admire in housemates:

- Skilled, Loving and Care-full Communicator
- Accountable, Resourceful and Self-Responsible
- Clean and Tidy. (Really!)
- A desire to Co-Create offerings such as workshops, events, and magic with phenomenal individuals!
- We prefer someone that has a plant based diet but welcome all
- Substance conscious individuals. No substance addictions please
- Adaptable to, respectful of, and willing to work with, housemates’ different ways of being
- Can both flow and be structured as needed
- Metaphysically inclined, frequent sound healing events happen in the home, if you speak astrology A++ lol but not a requirement
- Creative and fun to be around!!

Aloha friends!

I'm curious to know if anyone could provide a recommendation for a farm to volunteer on or farms that are looking for help. One of our new housemates is looking to do some volunteering.
