After years of surfing with friends each Sunday, I was staring at the ocean one day hoping for something different the next weekend. I saw an old wine bottle drift to shore and an idea popped into my head, the ultimate treasure hunt. The hunt would engage people in new activities, push mental & physical limits, lead to unexplored parts of the city, and strengthen friendships. THH now organizes large-scale hunts in Hawaii that are tailored to companies, schools, nonprofits, & private groups.

TBP is partnering with Kiva, the famous microfinance org, to crowdsource a loan to fund our new artisan project with Syrian refugees in Jordan. Our first hurdle is to get friends to support with small ($25+) loans to TBP. This all happens through our profile on Kiva’s website.
