Transparent moment. Today I took a good look at myself and I wasn’t please with what I saw. So I made a conscious decision to do something about it. That something is MOVING MY FEET!!!!! I see value. And in seeing value that mean getting my body in shape. In this season of my life doing nothing is not a option. My spirit matters, my body matter, the way I think and feel matter!
