Lila and Jack wanted to get married their way: on a specific date, just the two of them, and with their honeymoon before the ceremony, which entailed camping with their dogs. 🏕️ 🐶 🌲

It was a chilly mountain day in Tahoe, so the warmth and coziness of the chapel was the perfect setting to make things legal. Afterward, they headed out to exchange rings and personal vows surrounded by Tahoe's beauty -- and with their dogs by their side. They were absolutely beaming! 🥰 ✨

Martin and Carolynn called me on Friday morning to see if they could elope two days later on Sunday. I was planning on taking the day off since it was my birthday, but I love my job and it’s not really "work," so a love buzz on my birthday just seemed right. 🥰

We met at my chapel where I issued the paperwork. Carolynn was able to freshen up in the Bridal Suite after driving up from the Foothills, and then we headed down to the lake. 💒 ➡️ 🌅

It was a beautiful day and they love Chambers Landing so we headed down to the beach and had the ceremony on the pier. After their ceremony, they headed to South Lake for a mini-moon to enjoy the beautiful Spring Tahoe weather. 🌷 ☀️

Jay and Ting reached out in the Fall, wanting to get married on a specific date in March. They decided to plan for a micro wedding here at the chapel because the weather can be questionable in March. 💒 It ended up being a beautiful day. ☀️ They came up from the Sacramento area and are now enjoying a little Spring Break for a few days in beautiful Lake Tahoe. 🌅🌲💍

Had our first real walk-in ceremony! 🎉

Sam and Nelly were taking a walk through Homewood and walked by my chapel. They called me to inquire and I was able to do their ceremony the next morning. 🌅 They were planning on making it official sometime this month and decided why not NOW in Tahoe! The weather was so beautiful that we walked to the lake for the ceremony. We did the paperwork at the chapel and I made a quick bouquet from the flowers they got at the grocery store. Along with their daughter in matching flannel, they did their “I Do’s.” Happy tears and no stress! 🥰
