Hey! I heard this was the last month for Thursday Throwdowns this year! I better get a good seat.

Pizza Til Sundown again??? You bet! This one could be, and hopefully is, a special night for Beau.

Beau has been doing the Thursday throwdowns with us since day one...the days when we would look at each other, think "well at least the two of us showed up" and wondering how much the night was going to cost us just to be here. On those slow nights I would offer to pay them for their troubles of being here and serving 20-30 pizzas total. He would just shake his head no and say "I can see what we are building here...this will become special".

And special it has become. I remember Beau walking up to me the first huge night, looking like he had just been hit by a truck..."I'm sorry but not sorry...I just ran out of pizzas...225 of them". At that time that was more than double what he had ever done here before on a Thursday.

No official announcement but this could be Beau's last Thursday throwdown as Pizza til sundown is for sale. So come out enjoy Beau's amazing pizzas one last time for this year and thank him for never giving up on the amazing Thursday nights you have come to enjoy so much.

Now that the crazy rush of August and Knoxville Races is over, we want to share some updates quick.
*We will be doing our fall check ins with our booked fall clients later this week. (they already know but its a nice reminder)
*We ARE selling our catering business as a turn key biz - it's an amazing opportunity with huge potential for growth.
*We have received interest from a few potential buyers and are communicating with them...
*Which means we are in a temporary pause from taking on any bookings after June 30th, 2027. Still send us your inquiries and as soon as we have more set plans, we will announce when we can accept NEW inquiries. Much depends on if new owners want a fully booked calendar and also where they are from.
*We have a very, very full inbox of inquiries. We will begin replying back next week, starting with the first inquiries received. Please be patient. We still have several current events going on and our current booked clients always come first.
