As a local family owned business, Designs by Darenda has been serving the South Miami-Dade area with exceptional floral creations and gifts since 1977. With over twenty years experience in the floral industry and designated a Certified Master Designer, Darenda guides the daily operations of the business and ensures that all customer orders exceed the highest quality standards. Respected within the

industry, Darenda serves as President of the Florida State Florist’s Association. In 2012 she was awarded the Florida State Florists' Association Presidents Award and in 2013 the Harry J. Killian Award. In 2013 Darenda was inducted in the American Academy of Floriculture. Designs by Darenda has been chosen "Best Of Weddings" by The Knot Magazine for 3 consecutive years and has won the "Couples Choice" award by Wedding Wire. For weddings and other special events, Designs by Darenda has expertise in all details of event decor. From your initial consultation, to creating themes, selecting colors and designing samples, we will be with you every step of the way. We have provided the floral arrangements and decorations for some of the most prestigious events in Miami-Dade. From small business meetings to events with over 500 quests, we will deliver and setup at the banquet facility of your choice throughout Miami-Dade.
