It is with great disappointment that we announce that Hippie Fest has been canceled due to unforeseen issues.
We sincerely apologize to everyone who planned to attend, as well as to our vendors who supported this event. Unfortunately, we were not aware of all of the permits and regulations required for hosting an event on private property. Once these requirements were brought to our attention, we simply were not given a choice but to cancel the event. While this is not the outcome we had hoped for, we must comply with those requirements.
All vendor deposits will be returned in full.
* If you mailed your vendor payment, your deposit will be mailed back to you this week.
* If you paid with cash, you may pick up your deposit at Ice Ice Baby at your convenience.
We truly appreciate everyone’s interest, patience, and understanding. We know many of you were looking forward to this event just as much as we were, and we’re deeply sorry for the inconvenience and disappointment.
At this time, we are exploring the possibility of rescheduling Hippie Fest once all necessary permits and requirements can be met. However, no new date has been determined.
Thank you to all of our vendors, supporters, and the community for your understanding. We hope to see you all at a future Hippie Fest.
