Beach Glass Weddings specializes in exquisitely designed ceremony experiences for its global clientele in Hawaii’s most beautiful locations. In 2003 our love for Hawaii, its people and culture inspired us to start a wedding studio dedicated to creating custom, destination wedding packages. For the past years we have collaborated with thousands of clients to create the wedding, commitment or vow renewal ceremonies of their dreams.

Ryan & Philip said “I do” as the sun dipped into the Pacific at the Four Seasons Hawai‘i — warm golden light, ocean views, and one of those perfect Hawaii evenings. 🌅🌺
Their intimate ceremony was beautifully officiated by Mina Ellison, with live ukulele by Richard Adoradio setting the tone for an unforgettable sunset celebration.

Congratulations, Michelle & John! 🤍
We had been planning their Hawaii wedding since March 2026, with the original plan to celebrate on August 15th at beautiful Kikaua Point.
Then Hurricane Lala started heading our way.
As the storm approached, we shifted the wedding to August 17th after receiving confirmation that the beach would be open. But on the morning of the 17th, the Mayor made the decision to close all beaches across the island.
So we pivoted again.
With just hours to make it happen, we were able to move the entire wedding to Kona Sea Salt Farm and still give Michelle and John the beautiful outdoor Hawaii wedding they had dreamed of.
A huge mahalo to Jen, the event manager at Kona Sea Salt Farm, for working with us at the last minute and helping make this celebration possible. 🌴✨
We always tell our couples that when you plan an outdoor wedding in Hawaii, flexibility is part of the adventure. Our preferred backup plan isn’t to move the wedding indoors — it’s to move the date, usually by a day or two, and sometimes to a morning ceremony when the weather is more favorable.
That is why we encourage our couples to build a little flexibility into their travel plans. Michelle and John did exactly that, and through a hurricane, beach closures and two changes of plans, they remained wonderfully flexible.
And in the end, they got married surrounded by the beauty of Hawaii. ❤️

We had been planning this sunset wedding at Kikaua Point since March. 🌴✨

When couples choose an outdoor wedding in Hawaii, we always talk about the one thing none of us can control: Mother Nature.

Our backup plan for unfavorable weather or an unexpected beach closure is simple whenever possible: move the wedding to another day rather than move it indoors.

That’s why we recommend that our couples arrive on the island at least two days before their wedding and stay at least two days afterward. Building a little flexibility into your Hawaii wedding plans can make all the difference if weather, ocean conditions, or beach access suddenly changes.

Because our philosophy is pretty simple:

You didn’t travel all the way to Hawaii to get married inside a ballroom. 🌺

You came for the ocean, the palms, the warm Hawaiian air and that incredible island light. And whenever we can, we want you to have exactly that.

Kendra & Ross dreamed of a beautiful Hawai‘i beach wedding surrounded by the people they love — and every detail was thoughtfully designed to create an experience that felt relaxed, and unforgettable.
From a Hawaiian ceremony with live ukulele music to an elegant oceanfront dinner featuring filet mignon and lobster, their wedding day evolved into something very special and personal to them.
We brought together an incredible team of local vendors, including the amazing Kula Shave Ice with their beautiful setup and unforgettable flavors, and Shaloma, who created Kendra’s stunning hair and makeup look.
Behind the scenes, we handled the planning, contracts, logistics, timelines, vendor coordination, and all the little details couples don’t always see — so they could simply be present and enjoy their wedding day in Hawai‘i.
Photography was especially important to them, and their day was captured with our Gold Photography Collection, allowing plenty of time for meaningful moments, candid memories, and sunset portraits by the ocean.
Planning a destination wedding in Hawai‘i should feel exciting — not overwhelming. That’s what we’re here for. 🤍
